RESTFUL NIGHT
HEALING AFFIRMATIONS
Now is my time to relax and
prepare for a night of deep sleep.
I stretch my body softly and
enjoy the comfort of my bed.
I take a few deep breaths -
in and out.
With every breath I take,
calmness washes over me.
I let my body sink deeply
into the bed.
I allow my body and mind
to relax now.
In my bed, I am safe and
in my sanctuary.
I invite peace and coziness
into my space.
I deserve love and peace.
I deserve a restful sleep.
I love and accept myself
exactly as I am.
I am a beautiful human being
and soul.
My heart is full of gratitude.
As I welcome sleep,
I am grateful for….
I am thankful for all
I have learned today.
Tomorrow is another chance to grow.
Tomorrow is full of
wonderful possibilities.
Now it’s time to recharge and relax.
I let go of today,
of the past and the future.
Now, the only thing that matters
is the present moment.
I let go of my to-do list now.
There is nothing to do now.
I let my thoughts and worries
float away like clouds in the sky.
Falling asleep is natural
and easy for me.
There is nothing I need to do
to fall asleep.
I can just let it happen.
I will sleep restfully and dream
beautiful dreams tonight.
I am looking forward to waking up
well-rested and refreshed.
I am loved and protected.
I am at peace with the universe.
I allow myself to drift into
a deep and cozy sleep now...
