Pushing yourself harder will
not result in healing any faster.
Healing doesn't happen through
force, pressure, perfectionism, or
disconnecting from your true
feelings and pretending to be okay
when you're very much not.
Healing happens through
compassion, patience, and belief in
yourself, even when it feels like
you're regressing. Healing happens
through reconnecting with your
authentic emotions, even when
they're not "good".
